In July my daughter bought me a new E-Machines computer. It had a one year warrenty. It never worked right and about two months after I got it it wouldn't turn on. I called their repair department and they told me to send it to them and they paid for shipping. I got it back and used it for less than two mounths and it did the same thing, so I requested a new computer. They refused so I sent it in again to have it repaired. Again they paid for shipping. It did the same thing on Tuesday, Feb 17 and I called them again to request a new computer and they refused and said to send it in for repair again. Now they say that they will not pay for shipping. All I want is a computer that works, and this one does not work. Also, the second time I sent it in I told the person on the phone that I thought it might be a lemon and he was rude and told me that that was not possible with a computer. I didn't get any names of the people that I delt with because they gave them to fast for me to understand.
