To Whom It May Concern:
I, Maribel Nieves, am writing you regarding my belongings that you have held hostage since last summer. I unfortunately have been involved in a court case which is my reason for my move and my belongings were being moved by your company.
A few months ago, I spoke with Cynthia who told me to call on a Monday to speak with Miriam the one in charge. I called that following Monday to find out she had left for the day and then I called back the following day than Cynthia hanged up the phone on me, I called back two more times to get an answering machine with a mail voiceLastly, I had a friend Bob call to try and find out what you are trying to do, and he said, your company said you had not heard from me in a long time, you then said you will have someone call him back and to no avail no one called back.
Know I am writing because I could not get someone on the phone regarding my belongings which were being held in Tampa Storage in Florida. That you promised you would have brought to me in a months time to Miami Florida. Which you also promised me would not be more than 800 dollars.
I was calling to find out why you have not sent me any letter stating the difference in the amount that you said I owed you and to find out what could be done to probably resolve this matter quickly.
Up to the present time I have not heard anything from your company since we last spoke on the phone a few months ago. I also have not gotten any letters from you either. You gave me a contract that you will have my belongings sent to me and have not complied with your part, on account that you wanted more money than what I agreed too being on a strict budget and a single parent. I did not get any letter telling me the weight or the space that my belongings weighed and I did not get any letter telling me the difference in the price from that which was agreed too.
I am writing to contact me regarding my things. I also need to mention that, you have in your possession my most valued possessions and personal belongings things that are costly and irreplaceable I being a single hard working single parent, with a court matter pending during that time I thought that they would be safe in your company/s care and I don't know what you have done since I last spoke with Cynthia on the phone. Where are my things?
These 39 boxes had multiple court documents and other equipment is mostly new things that could have helped my court case which is still pending presently. Also I have other important certificates and documents and suits and clothes of my daughter and I. Also my 7 years old daughters Modeling pictures, jewelry and other things that is also irreplaceable. I never thought that your company would do these kinds of things.
I want to settle the matter and I am asking for a letter to tell me the amount I need to pay and then resolve the matter for the last time. Please call me as soon as you receive my certified letter.
