Hands down the worst customer service who actually lied to me about my Christmas order!!! Thanks Vince!!! No major present for my partner: (
I ordered the head set on the 7th of Dec and have not yet received it, I didn't get an invoice until it was already shipped to an address that doesn't exist. Fedex is looking into it today DEC 23rd but only after Vince wrote to me and said it had been taken care of and I would receive this item any day (that was 7 days ago), noone to call = no one calls me, Vince does not write back any more and my acct is minus $165 paid to ASTRO GAMING, I am reporting Fraud I think this company with it's many expensive gadgets has to actually work on getting the paid order to it's customer.
