As an all-volunteer service for low-income and at-risk families, we were looking for a reliable, affordable solution for those who use credit cards. When the representative of Vault assured us that they could accommodate our seasonal nature so that we would only be paying for the service and equipment during the months we used them -it seemed to fit perfectly!
UNTIL we started getting billed every month year 'round!
And, UNTIL we started trying to contact Customer Service!
I have never written one of these kinds of complaint letters before but this company has cost our small organization thousands of dollars and we want OUT!
Protect yourself! Don't get tricked into this company's hole! If they resolve this quickly (now that I've gone public) I'll respond publicly!!
