I ordered a cat carrier from this business in the internet. They sent it. Before I got it opened well I knew it was too small. I put it back in the same exact box they sent it in and sent it back according to their instructions. When I wrote asking where my refund was they informed me that I had not sent it back correctly... The outside wrapping was missing and there was cat hair on the item. They then sent it back marking the packaged refused. UPS said they refused the item so obviously they never even opened the item to see how it was sent back and how did they see cat hair??? I have corresponded with them several times but can get nowhere. I am wrong. They couldn't possibly be wrong according to their emails.
