Prescription Drug Relief
Prescription Drugs Weren't Received

I originally filed this complaint with the Better Business Bureau and didn't receive any justice. The BBB informed me on 2-13-09 that they were closing the case because the company didn't issue any response to my claim. Consequently, I am re-filing this complaint. The enclosed paragraphs will explain the details of this situation.

Prescription Drug Relief (PDR) is a company that handles all the paperwork associated with obtaining medications from designated drug companies for their clients. Clients who use this service have no insurance or can't affor to pay full price for medication. The medications are free of charge from these companies. However, prescription drug relief charges a fee based upon the number of medications that you receive monthly from these companies. Presently, I am owed four generic 90 day prescriptions from Prescription Drug relief. These drugs are atenolol, hctz, nitro patch and lotensin. PDR has owed me these drugs for about 2 1/2 years now but has not made good on their promise to deliver. On July 18 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in regards to this same matter. However, after speaking with Wayne Boesiger, the owner of the company, he assured me that I would be receiving these drugs soon. Yet, I have not received anything at all, but excuses and many lies!!! I have saved all e-mails regarding my communication with Mr. Boesiger which prove that he has been lying to me repeatedly. Upon request from BBB, I can forward these documents when necessary. I used to receive these above mentioned generic drugs through PDR but I now purchase them from Walmart since the total price is much cheaper. I've called Mr. Boesiger and e-mailed him repeatedly and he refuses to return calls or address e-mails. Consequently, I canceled my account with PDR during the month of December. On December 19, Mr. Boesiger indicated to me in an e-mail that he wanted another opportunity to make good on sending me all 4 of my generic prescriptions. I told him this would be acceptable by me. However, he has not contacted me since this time. I've tried to call and e-mail him, but again, he refuses to contact me. Mr. Boesiger has proven time and time again that he is a liar through and through and he has done such practices to many PDR customers. Most clients haven't filed complaints, but I refuse to continue to accept such unlawful behavior. When I did speak with him last (During the month of October) he told me lies indicating that the medicine would be coming in the mail.in reality, he hadn't even sent the necessary paperwork to my physician so that she could complete it so that I could receive the appropriate medication. Once my physician completes the paperwork, she faxes it back to Wayne so that he can forward it to the drug companies. The drug companies then send the medications to the client or the physician's office. I believe Mr. Boesiger is continuing to steal money and cheat his clients. Also, when I have been able to contact Mr. Boesiger about this continuing problem, he simply dismisses it and places blame elsewhere. On ocassion, he had indicated that he faxed the documentation to my physician and that she simply hasn't returned it. However, I have kept in close contact with my physician and she has informed me many times that she never received anything from Mr. Bosiger. I even asked Mr. Boesige to forward the paperwork to me so that I could hand deliver it to my physician, yet, he refuses to that as well. That way, my physician could directly fax the information to Mr. Bosiger while I am at her office. This unprofessionalism has gone on for much too long, consequently, I want one of two things. Mr. Boesiger can send the medicine to me or he can refund the money so I can purchase these prescriptions from Walmart. All of the drugs except nitro patches (90$ for 90 days) cost $12 each at Walmart for 90 day prescriptions. I have also made the same offer to Mr. Boesiger and he said that he'd deliver the medication but he simply hasn't.in return, I hope the BBB will hold Mr. Boesiger accountable for his unlawful practices and his intent to keep cheating his clients. I am seeking the delivery of my medication that was originally promised or the total cost to replace these drugs at retail value ($137). The firs three generic drugs cost 36 total for 90 day prescriptions and the nitro patch 90 day prescription costs a total of $90.
