This business has no employees. It name is Donald T. Enterprise owned by Addison Caroline (aka) pretending as president and Addison Eugene F., pretending as acting vice-president who calls himself "the owner". Eugene F. Addison is undertaking many construction tasks such as: home improvements,
all types of interior/exterior painting, chimney repair and repainting, driveway sealing / new driveways, waterproofing basements, all types of concrete work, gardening and landscaping, alum siding, windows, sunrooms and so on
This is a very long list. Company claims that is FULLY INSURED, but it is not, and claims that "KNOW JOB IS TO SMALL". That is stated in their flyer exactly!!! This is not my error!!!
Eugene F. Addison doesn't know English a lot and that's why he makes awful mistakes when typing. But he knows very well how to take money as down payment, usually 50%, and later walk away from the project with work progress done to the level of 20%. If customer complains, he knows what to say. Usually it is: Oh, we agreed to do 50%, you paid 50%, so we are even!!!
This crook has 13 unpaid judgments in Onondaga County Court! There are attorneys from serious collection agencies trying to get money from him in order to discharge his judgments and so far nothing is accomplished in this matter.

Where are the Law Authorities and where are Law Enforcement Agencies??? Who would be able to stop this company from continuing this fraudulent and illegal business?
