Do not fall for this SCAM... First of all standard installation does not include them putting the dish on a pole thats an extra $125.00 and when they advertise free istallation their not telling you about the $100.00 Activation fee. We used the service for about two in half hours before it went to dial up speed every page that you go to is considered a Download. I thought when they were talking about downloads on the fair access policy they were talking about downloading music and movies but not the case. We had it less than 24hrs and were stuck with a non refundable $170.00 Please research this before you get stuck too. When we called to cancel it they would Not connect us to a superviser but nicely hung up on us. Oh yeh and because we had thirty days to cancil and return the equipment at our expense. If not for the thirty days we would had to pay the horriable amount for two years...
