Charter Communications have the worst service with the worst technicians in the world. They are liers and they will lie and make everyone feel like an idiot they will pretend you dont know what they are talking about. I signed up for 16mb down and 2up under promotion and they set me up 5 by 1. And they said that thats what i signed up for. Dirty liers you guys are i am disgusted.
