Never got Free flight even after calling for several months!

Over the holidays in 2007 I switched my service from Verizon to Tmobile in order to get the Fly Free in 08 promotion.

Called TLC on 8/15/08 and they were able to confirm that they received my voucher on 7/21/08 and I should not have a problem booking my trip to Miami. TLC will call 60 days before the flight to confirm. They said they will probably call in January. I told them they needed to confirm sooner than that, as our trip was in March of 09. They told me to call back in November to see if they have gotten my itinerary yet but it shouldn't be a problem going to Miami at the end of March.
They told me to call OS Travels: the number is 1-866-465-8903.

I called back in September and October and they still were not able to tell me anything because they claim they did not get the released seats for the flights yet. I called back in November and they told me there was nothing available for Miami in March.

My husband and I have both been calling since November and have been passed around, hung up on, told we'd be getting calls back, and have gotten no resolutions. The last person I spoke to said her name was Angela, and she was Bob's supervisor. She was to call me back but never did. She would not leave me her direct number. Every time we call they tell us they will "look into it" and they never call back. They have all been extremely apologetic saying there is no reason we shouldn't be able to book the flight and they will find a way to get us there no matter what. We have been calling them back weekly and each time we start over, with no resolution, and left with them saying they will call us back.

Unfortunately, the promotion is due to end by the end of March 09. All I wanted them do is live up to their word and deliver the free flight as promised. To rectify the situation, I would be happy to accept 2 free flights to Chicago in July of 09. I feel they owe it to me for the great inconvenience they have caused.
