Do NOT order this piece of crap CD that they most likely put together from the library or regular online 411 searches. They lure you in and make you think you'll have Support with Proposals to getting a grant when all they do when you call them is refer you back to the website or choose a institute for you that you can find on your own.
The customer support does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING at all and they were very incompetent. I thought I was having a conversation with a toddler. As soon as I realized this I put a block on my card and they couldn't charge it even though they tried to WELL before the 7 day limit.
It took their CD a month to show up to my door! Many of the institutes, web links and numbers were not even active anymore. Sites were down and didn't exist anymore. They will charge 1.98 for the CD and then smash 69.95 A MONTH to your card and the CD and WEBSITE are the SAME! The 1.98 is the lure in to charge you their real B.S. Price of 69.95.

If you just purchase this Backyard Garbage CD and they didn't hit you with the 69.95 Charge yet... Contact your Credit Card Company and tell them to Block this Company or Reverse Charge (Charge Back)
