I stupidly ordered from Mimi and Porter last week. I found some awful reviews today about their products being fake even though they claim to be 100% genuine. I have contacted them to cancel my order and I've demanded a refund.
They have refused!!! Even though I have been given no dispatch number. They are obviously lying and saying it's been sent already. I have said to them that I will refuse the delivery and will persue legal action if I do not receive a FULL refund within 5 days.
They still say that the bag has to reach me first and I have to send it back but I will refuse the package.
This company will not refund your money. They are not based in the US and will send fake goods and claim they are real.
The money has been taken from my account. I have just cancelled my card so that they can't take any more money also.
