I order an Authentic Louis Vuitto on bag On March 10 from bag and style also know as mimi & porter which was not stated on theyre advertisment. It is now April 11th & have yet to receive the product. But they charged my credit card on March 10th confirming they got theyre payment O& they confirmed by advising that my credit card statement would appear as it was paid to Stalk Distribution & a confirmation # was given Order ID # 2385. I've tryed contacting them to find out why is it taking them so long to ship the purse and I have yet to receive a response. The telephone # is not working, sometimes it does & its always a recording you could never speak to anyone live nor is anyone responding to my emails. They advertise they provide service 24/hrs & live chat not true!!! I have made three email request regarding the product & no one has responed. Now I email a 2nd time asking them to refund the $285.00 they charged to my credit and no one has responded. They're email chat does not work nor does the toll free #
the compay goes by two names bag and styles.com & Mimi & porter. Both sites have yet to return a call or respond to my emails.
