I had a large storage unit where I moved all of my inventory from a closed business, valued approx 20,000. I was served a certified letter from the Lerberto Storage which I picked up from the post office on Dec 24, I immediately went to the location to pay 300.00 of the 352.00 dued.in January I get a call that My unit is up for sale. I asked why I had paid and only owed 52.00 in late charges and one month rate due the 1st of January. The manager then said she would take my name off the auction list. Here is the bail and switch, I was out of town the day of the sale she said she tried to call me to tell me my unit was going up for sale. I made a payment in the drop box Saturday since they are closed on Saturday. The manager called me to tell me that my unit was sold and she said she told me that my unit was up for sale. I swear had she said to me that my unit is up for sale I would never allow my inventory to go for what the manager claims it told for 227.00. The owner and the manager told so many lies each time I called they tell a different story. I believe Liberto scams people's possessions, if they think they can get away with it. When I asked for documentation of my account, the owner said, I'll get when I go to court. I had very important tax information which I was never allowed to retrieve.
