Warranty refund

I've been looking to get a reimbursement that's owed in my experience from the television guarantee. The store-manager has sent the warranty department. Twice to approach my reimbursement and also the guarantee department declined to reply my recurring telephone calls or answer the shop demand. I been advised to make contact with Ricky Babana hes alone within this large shop shop to return my cash but he declined to reply his telephone and so I dont understand if he actually works there. Perhaps you folks may contact him and mybe he'll anwser your calls 1-8002801514 ext. 3155. Thanks, Nadine Davis
