I ordered the 14-day trial offer but made sure that I didn't agree to sign up for longer usage. After the two weeks, I realized that it had done me no good. I felt no difference than before without it. I would have just forgotten about it, but I noticed that they were billing me $70 for apparently another shipment. I called and told them not to send any more and not to bill me further. The man argued and would not let me cancel. He was difficult to understand (not English speaking) and I wasn't sure what he was saying. I was reluctant to agree to anything because who knows what orally agreement he would try to hold me to. He put me on hold for several minutes—I guess he thought I'd get discouraged and give up.
