I ordered the free trial of the Acai berry capsules for $4.95 shipping. I was charged the $4.95 and received the shipment the next day. After just a few days, I felt no difference so I e-mailed them to cancel any future shipments and/or billing charges. I received an e-mail back assuring me there would be no more shipments nor billing. One week later, I was billed $78.81 for, what I assume, was my first and only shipment. The e-mail never said anything about returning the unused portion, nor does their website even contain the offer! I noticed a rebuttal from them on one of these reports that was very rude, basically saying if you cannot read, that's your problem. I e-mailed them again today and received another e-mail stating that they "assume", since I didn't return the product, that I would continue and billed me. Now I have contacted them again via e-mail telling them that the e-mail they sent me that said I wouldn't be billed anything further never said anything about returning the item, or I would have done so. I am awaiting a reply. If anyone finds out how to get satisfaction from this company, or how to file charges, please let me know. Thank you.
