We were contacted by phone related to magazine subscriptions at a discount price with a $500 internet shopping spree in return. We did NOT agree to this. We were told we would be conacted at a later date to confirm. Within one week the "monthly rate" (which we never agreed to) was deducted from our bank account. We repeatedly tried to contact this number via phone and received either a busy signal or no answer at all. We received a notice of the magazines we were to receive (not sure some of them are even legit). We spoke with a rep from the company ONCE and they agree to stop automatic deductions, however, we promptly received a bill for over $600. When have since received only 2 magazines and have yet to be able to contact anyone from this "company" since the initial phone call. Just Google 'Mountain Area Communications, TN' and see what "pops" up!!!
