I am a victim of this mountain area communications fraud. I received a call from a lady named Brandy, who left me a voicemail about me being selected to win a $1,000 shopping spree. Like many others, I too was sweet talked into agreeing to accept the $1,000 shopping spree and cunned into getting 5 free magazines which is when they told me that I wouldnt have to pay for anything until 7 days later. Well my dad looked at the accounts later and saw that there was a total of $54.85 withdrawn out of my account. But when i talked to them they told me they only needed my number for verification that my card was valid. I was also told about the United Benefit Advantage, 'discount company' and that i could get a 30 day free trial. I dont know what all to do besides call them back and cancel it or try to sue them for fraud. I need help and dont know what else to do, any ideas?
