Was charged more for p&h, on site it said $7.95 was charged doble that amount for each set, also they do not support as much weight or clothing as they say, the ring opens up and everything falls to the floo

Over charged for shipping and handling, its says right there on the website $7.95, for each set, I was charged 2x that for each set. The hangers do not perform as they say, 20lbs, 5 winter jackets, only 3 pairs off pants are enough for the ring to stretch open and everything falls off, what a rip off, how can this be legal!!!
