Crossings
They cahrged me for something I did not ask for or approve

I also was charged a $18.91 "Contract Charge" 2 times in the same day. I dont know who these people are or what they sell. I assume books. I looked them up online and found a phone # only after I pretended to purchase books. I also called them at 10 minutes until 5:00 and was on hold until they conviently closed. I will try them back tomorrow
