On July 16, I was invited for interview by Grossingers Motors, 1233 N Wells St, Chicago IL 60610. There I met the recruiters-Mary and Sam Baker (aka George Anthony) who told me that I got the job and subsequently scheduled me for training the following day.
The next day, Grossingers Motors took us in their company car to their warehouse where the training took place. Comes the third day the facilitator told us that we should fill a form for them to claim their money from the Motor vehicle firm, the form will be used for our pay roll too as he said the company will pay us $500 for the class.
Then comes the Monday we are to be posted, the firm did another interview and never hire me nor do they hire any of us that came for the training.
A week after the training RJ Williams & Associates started calling for $698. Which I refused to pay anyway, and they started threatening my life on phone that I should pay them $1500, even using some kangaroo collection agency to threaten me for same money.
I have kept my family posted in case anything happen also my Lawyer is aware of the matter and I wrote a petition to to the attorney general office and the Department of Labour with copies of these letters to Grossingers Motor.
In fact as at January 29 one of their female staff called my phone.
Very soon we will seek redress in the law court and keep the media inform to warn people against falling prey to their scam.
