At Bidz.com the majority of items are crackerjack prize quality, unrealistic and misleading 'compare' prices, others have stones fall out both before and after receipt, items not as described with plated metal for solid gold and fake gemstones, excessive handling & transaction fees, and my biggest gripe is taking no responsibility for items after a short 2-week period.
Today the site was down and after calling the rep said to wait 30-minutes to an hour. After about 45 minutes I noticed it was back up so did some bidding. Won a few items because folks probably hadn't realized it was up yet. After a while went to check on my invoice and found 5 out of 6 items had been 'relisted'. Contacted live chat and they just blew me off saying "items were won improperly"!!! One item was apparently won "properly" but the others were not?
This business is out to take advantage of and rip off people. If they don't like the "sold" price they claim technical error and relist yet send immediate emails demanding payment for items they made big profits in. This was my last dealing with this online ripoff company.
