On June 23 I put into motion a contract with Blue Hippo, thinking that this would have been a ligitmate purchase. I have spent over a $1000.00 dollars on a computer and some other software that I may never receive. When begining this contract I explained to the customer service rep that I was on a fixed income but was interested in getting a new computer and they led me to believe that this was the avenue to make that dream come true. It has been 6 months later and not only have I not received my computer but I have been unfairly treated by every customer service person I have come in contact with that works for that company.
I have since then contacted the Better Bussiness Bureau and found out that I am among hundreds if not thousands of consumers having the same problem with the one company. They have drained my checking account and left me feeling disgusted and helpless. I have had to visit my physicians office on numerous occasions due to this event. It has caused my blood pressure to sky rocket and has caused mutiple adverse affects on my health.
I just want to resolve this matter as quickly as possible and get all the monies I have put into this investment refunded to me. This has caused an unexpected hardship on me and my family, so if there is anyone out there who can give me some sound advice or legal help I would greatly appreciate it.
