The representative lied / withheld information when setting up a first time account. Deceitful. Liars

I called to set new internet service, the representative set up the account but did not mention the services would be under a year contract. I have called the company more than 20 times and they are refusing to issue a credit to my account. The services were never used and was canceled two days after i called the office.
Do not use verizon for any services - they are all liars. They only want your money - liars liars liars liars liars!!!
