Ok to signed up for the free trial. When I recived the package. I was thinking that I had 60 day to try it. After 12 day I notice that I was charged with $69.41 to the company. So I called them to ask why I had been charged. The girl had told me that my trial was over the day befor. So I ask if I could just send it back. She told me no. I then told her I had a couple more days left. Then she notified me that I signed up to a 15 day trial. That they just send you a 60 day supply. I said ok, I want to send it back. I was told that they had assumed that I was going to keep the product, an billed me. I told her that I had recived the e-mail from them on the 10 an did not recive the product until a couple of days later. She agred an said I had recive the product on the 14 an that is when I had 15 day. Not thinking I back down.
The next day I called again an girl named Tracie told me that the trial starts the day of shippment. Very Defensively told me I was not going to get a refund. So how can I get my money back? This product is totully not worth the all the phone calls, or anything else for that matter.
