I wanted to download a free copy of Nero, searched downloads, which took me to Cnet, or a fascimile of the site, and from there got sent to the software-hq site. There was a 19.99 fee for downloading Nero. Nowhere did it say anything about more fees, or that I wasn't getting Nero, but a years worth of being able to access their site for tutorials, nothing else. I did get through on their phone system, the number is 1-800-784-3167, however, the system is completely automated, and the one person I did get flat outside stated that they did not deal with online billing, only phone billing.
I did get an answering email to my complaint to them and in that email they state that they in no way refund what they term as 'membership fees'.
Nowhere on the site is there anywhere to see terms of service, agreements, and nowhere are you told what exactly it is you are paying for.
Avoid this site COMPLETELY.
