Buyer Beware!!!
This is a total rip off!!!
I recieved this product in the mail a week after I order it. It then sat on my microwave for the next three weeks because the whole family was going through the flu. I order this at the end of Nov. I check my credit card statement around Dec. 30th and lo & behold there was a nice 74.84 dollar charge from this company.
I then checked my email which I had a email from them saying my next shipment was being sent out. I then figured this was a charge for the next bottle (which to me is outrageous for a bottle of pills) so I called them up (sat there on hold for a good half an hour) and got a very rude person who wouldn't give me their name and spoke very bad English.
This person canceled my next order and the hung up on me; not letting me ask or confirm if my money was going to be reimbursed. I then got back on the computer and contacted them via live person chat. This person also told me my order was canceled and then continued to ask if this was all.
Take in account when I first started I asked if I would receive my payment back. He then reported that I had signed an agreement that if I didn't cancel with in the initial 14 day period that I would be charge the full amount for the bottle. I then stated I never read this and he put me on hold.
He returned a couple minutes later and said yes I had and that they would not be refunding the money but that my trial had been canceled. I also then informed him yet again that I didn't read this and he then again put me on hold and came back and said it was on the second page for when I was applying for the product. To me this is not the same thing as the agreement that I signed. To this day I still don't remember it ever stating this at that time.
Being very discouraged I then called my credit card company who said that this happens quite often with online trials with many things and he would put a dispute through. He then informed me to try and go back and see where all this was. Sure enough it did state this time on the second page for applying for the product but it didn't state in the agreement.
I wish I had know about this site before I tried that stupid trial (that to this day I have yet to even try). So I hope this helps those that are thinking of tring any kind of FREE TRIAL be very careful because nothing is free and read the small print very carefully and always print it out!
