I accepted the "free trial" from Pomacai Cleanse, AKA Colon Cleanse 700. My credit card was charged for shipping. However, the product never arrived. After waiting two weeks, I began to investigate the product on the internet. That is when I saw all the alerts from people who fell for the same scam I did.By then, I had been charged 88.97 for another shipment.
I attempted to contact the company immediately. However, it took me four days before I could reach anyone. My telephone calls were routed to music, from which no one ever answered.
When I did reach a company representative, I was routed to an email address. The reply from there was to go to the web site and read the agreement. The web site and email was for the ColonCleanse700 company, not the same name as what I had ordered. The agreement was not worded the same as the one on the initial web page from which I ordered.
I returned the product immediatley since the agreement on the ColonCleanse700 web page stated that all returned products had to be done within 14 days of shipment, and the product had been shipped 5 days previously. If I had waited to get a RMA, which the company also stated was required if they were to accept returned merchandise, the 14 day period probably would have expired.
I am waiting now to see if they will give me credit for the merchandise I returned to them.
