They force you to get the magazine over the phone. You never get the magazines and they charge you for it. No phone number on the statement

I was charged 57.00 on 2 occassions for magazines I never received. I have tried to contact them thru a number on my bank statement, but unlike other companies that are valid, a number does not exist.
