For several months, I have been waiting for this fraudulent firm to refund $88.00 on my credit card. I have received emails disputing their receiving the product but the postal service says it has been returned to them. I called and canceled the order before they ever shipped it out. Of course, they can't find the record of my call. I find this very convenient for them as orthers have also complained on various blogs about the same problem I have with Maximum Acai Cleanse. It's all about the sales and ignore anyone who returns their inferior product.
I have called the firm on 4 separate occasions and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes. I continually get the same lame excuses and I am hoping that VISA will cancel their merchant services. No credit cards, no company.
I have all of their emails, so if they wish to dispute these, I will post them on this site for others to see how they handle their returns.
Their trial sample was also returned as it was not working. I never lost any weight as they proclaimed in their website. I despise firms making so many claims and not standing behind their guarantee. This firm epitomizes why I don't like ordering anything over the internet.
