On 11/19/08 I phoned for the free Acai berry from a tv ad. They asked for my credit card to bill shipping charges=$4.97. On Dec. 22,08, the free bottle came and I began daily use. After three days I developed a rash. Checking my billing for the co. Phone to return the product I found a $4.97bill and another bill for $78.81 on the same date 12/05 from the company. The rep said I missed the date (two weeks from order date) to cancel their recurring order and was ineligible for a refund of the additional charge. This was my first notice (verbal) of their policy. The reps refused my refund and a company name and address.
