Odered what I thought was a "free" trial order of acai berry; however they had a clause which had an ongoing monthly charge to my charge account and I am unable to cancel this charge.

I have contacted the charge account company (Discover) but receives no satisfaction when talking to service representatives at ACAI's available phone numbers.

Please advise or help.
