Ripoff Would Not Take Back a Broken Product Right After Purchase

I bought 2 road navigators from Amazon.com. One ended up being defective which I discovered just weeks after purchase. I e-mailed the CEO of Amazon, but he did not seem to care. Amazon refused to take back the item. I used to work as electronics sales at Office Max, so I know how customers should be treated.

I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint, but Amazon still would not do anything. I finally just had the manufacturer take care of the matter after a fight with them to take it back. I then filed another complaint against Amazon due at least credit my card for the difference of the recent price reduction of the navigators. Amazon again did not care.

Stay away from this company!
