I ordered a single remanufactured cartridge of ink ($18.95) from House of Inks.com. I tracked the package and it was sent to my local United States Postal Service facility.
From there, according to USPS tracking info and a USPS representative who I spoke to on the phone, said it was sent back to them in Winnetka, Ca. USPS said: "Maybe my address label came off and it was sent back to them"
I have sent numerous emails and tracked down the phone number and left a message with my complaint and have yet to receive any response whatsoever.
I was also instructed by USPS to fill out a mail fraud and theft form, which I did and informed house of inks.com that I had done so and that if they don't respond to my complaint it could result in federal charges and this hasn't phased them either.
I am a Veteran and I am permanently disabled living on a fixed income. Next I will try using the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Until then I hope they buy lunch with my $18.95 and choke on it!
