Complaint with RMA Process

1/5 – called CS at 1-800-205-4713 to initiate a return for the orange and yellow symbols as they were not working. Filed request (RMA) and advised to expect email within 24 hours with mailing information and RMA #. I asked for CS name/RMA number – would not give name and was told RMA number is generated on email. 1/8 – called CS at 1-800-205-4713 to follow-up on RMA as email had not been received (waited patiently for 72 hours). CS asked if this was a new or existing request, advised existing and was told could not help, provided 310-255-2050 number and was hung up on. I called the 310-255-2050 number and could not get assistance without the RMA number. Called the 1-800-205-4713 number again and the CS filed a new request and “escalated” my request. I was advised to expect an email with the RMA information within 24-48 hours and advised to check my emails frequently. I checked my emails frequently and nothing came. 1/12 – called CS 1-800-205-4713 to follow-up on RMA email and speak with a manager. Advised manager not available – informed CS of the history above. CS advised she would file another RMA. I advised I wanted my request to be filed “express” at no charge to me. CD proceeded with the express request and asked me for my credit card number. I asked what the number was needed for, CD advised it was to hold money in case the symbols were not returned. I asked how much and was advised it was unknown but between $19.99 and $59.99. I asked for the manager again. I advised the manager that I did not feel I had to have my money placed on hold for this because if my 1/5 RMA had been processed, I would be half way thru the process (at least) and advised I do not trust the money will be released in a timely manner as a simple RMA could not be completed. Manager refused so I completed the standard process and advised I would be filing a complaint. Manager provided me with the RMA#. I called the 310-255-2050 number to file a complaint as I now had an RMA number. CS at the 310-255-2050 number laughed at me when I told CS I wanted to file a complaint and was told I had to go the website. I went to the website and found no way to file a complaint. I found the corporate number of 310-255 (office was closed when I called at 5:37 pm) 1/13 – RMA has been received via email. Still want to file a complaint. Called corporate number of 310-255 x5 and cannot reach operator to find where I can file a complaint. No one answers, voice mail picks up and says this is a general voice message. Request: I want my replacement parts sent to me “express” without having to provide my credit card information.
