When I was 19, my girlfriend broke up with me. I was so sad and distraught that my heart was broken so coldy, twice I might add, by my first love. I lived for two years wondering why I could never find anyone else and that why every time I had the opportunity to, I always blew it. I joined a fraternity and still couldn't get anyone to like me. I felt something was wrong with me and that I was actually cursed.
It was this thought that left me in a near inescapable path of misery. I was so depressed I felt like I was living in hell. I needed answers from someone that could understand me. One day I was driving down Reseda Blvd and saw "Northridge Psychic." I thought hey, give it a shot. I believed in people with spiritual powers and lets see if she is for real. I went in and asked how much for a reading and she said $45, but I told her I don't have that much money to spend, so she asked how much is worth it and I said I can do $20 and she said ok.
I went inside the room and she started casually closing doors etc while asking questions about me. I wasn't aware at the time that was how she got a lot of info out of me under the guise of her just being friendly and me being nonobservant. She asked have I been to a psychic before and I said yes (the funny thing is, that psychic was the first psychic I have been to, and she said I was cursed but I felt it was a scam because she didn't know much about me and told me it was gonna cost money), but I wanted a second opinion.
She also asked if I had a GF. I told her no. I realized later that was a dead giveaway. So she starts saying the generic crap but she hit a few points with me. You seem 'distant' which was true, I was so depressed I never looked at anyone in the eye and I was very quiet. She said people come to me to help them with their problems but sometimes I feel its overwhelming because I have my problems of my own, which is true since 3 of my friends had their gf/bf break up with them and call me LITERALLY around 25 times a DAY to 'counsel' them. I was so depressed and she was right.
My phone bill was $300 a month and I had no one. She also said I was going to be going on a vacation near water which was true, I was going to Hawaii with my mom in 2 weeks. Also she said 'you were either verbally, physically, and sexually abused when you were a child.' all three were true. It was absolutely so broad a statement and at least one applies to everyone, but for me all three did. Unfortunately I had the PERFECT problem that fit her routine. Also that I was hurt by a girl and that love was my biggest problem.
Then she said you have a curse and that she could remove it now or it will never be removed and I will never find anyone else ever. She said she will only charge me once and never again and it will be removed. I thought hey one time is worth it for my life, and that she GUARANTEED she will give me 100x whatever I wanted. I was so desperate that I gave in. She wanted $350 dollars so I immediately went to go get the money and gave it to her. She told me to come back the next day to wear all white and I did. I lied down on a massage table and she gave me 2 rocks and told me to rest. She said my energy will be put into those rocks and she will find out who put the curse on me. After that, she gave me bath salts and told me to bathe in them and come back the next day and she will tell me what happened to me.
I come back and she says that I was a pharoah in my past life and that a woman that I broke her heart swore forever that she would haunt me from lifetime to lifetime. She made a sacrifice and ever since then I was cursed. She said the curse is actually more powerful than she thought and actually needed more money. She wanted 2200 more dollars because she needed to go out at night where there are more spirits and go collect items that can help her on her journey.
I told her I already gave her all my money since I was only 21 and my job was cutting my hours. She told me to take out a student loan or get more credit cards. I was like I thought you said you only would charge me once, and she responded 'but that was before I knew how serious your curse was.' I said I can't get into anymore debt and she said VERY STERNLY AND COLDLY "HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT CHANGE? What's worse? Debt or being doomed forever? YOU WILL MAKE EVERYTHING BACK I GUARANTEE IT."
