I have used White Diamonds since it came out on the market in Fort Worth, Texas. I cannot hardly find the parfume spray. The sales associates tell me that I do not know what I am talking about, the frosted bottle with the gold lid is only for special occasions it is the same perfume that that is in the clear bottle. I am here to tell you that is incorrect. I received three bottles of White Diamonds for my birthday. I have had several stores including Parfumelle, Macys refuse to exchange or get me in contact with the vendors so they can help me locate a store that carries WHITE DIAMONDS PARFUME SPRAY. They all treat me like I am crazy and Parfumell went as far as to say that the company does not care about me the customer. I am beginning to think that is true. I do not understand where the customer service is! I would like a response back letting me know where the customer stands. Do i need to find a new perfume to wear? All i have worn since that came out is white diamonds!!!
