On Friday my brother purchase a $10. Scatch Ticket Max A Million at this Cumberland Farm Store. After staching the ticket he discovered he had won $10. When brought to the clerk, he stated it was perivous casheded. He told him he just stached it. He feel he was ripe off for $10. The ticket #013 agent #24-153338-013. I have the ticket here.
