I walked into 7-eleven and i had handed him my lottery scratcher and it was a $15.00 winning ticket. I was trying to use there lottery scanner, but it wouldn't scan, so i gave him the ticket to redeem my prize. I had went to grab a newspaper, he handed the ticket back to me and said it wasn't a winner. When i looked at the scratcher i notice it wasn't the ticket i gave him, because my ticket i had scratch my winning numbers and the amount and also the bar code, and the ticket he gave none of those were scratch off! So i knew he was lying about it.
I was really upset. I check that ticket 2 times. He kept arguing with me and i kept telling him no that's not the ticket. I was only customer in the store besides him and another worker. I was getting mad and raising my voice to him, when he another customer coming into the store. He starting laughing and that's when reached under the counter and grab my winning lotto scratcher and gave me my $15.00 that i won. He said he was joking. This 7-eleven needs to be investigated, there's no telling how many people he has done this to. Please do something about this!
