I purchased lottery tickets to include $10.00 Powerball and as the clerk is trying to ring me up the manger tells her she needs to take the money right away for a ten dollar ticket. That is fine. Then she says that he may not want the ticket or won't pay for the tem dollar ticket and you will be stuck with a unpaid$10.00 ticket. She repeats this same thing to the clerk while the clerk is trying to complete the transaction.in the meantime the clerk never gave me my bonus cash ticket for the purchase of my 5 dollar cash five ticket. Unfortunately I did not realize this until I got home. No I did not drop the ticket. I fold my tickets immediately and put in my pocket. Either the clerk got the ticket and did not know what is was during her manager thinking every customer is not going to pay for their ticket and blurting out about he could or may not pay for the ticket. I will check on Jan draw because your cash five ticket number matches that number. I did go back to the store that evening and the other clerk told me it probally got thrown away. That is bad business. I should have realized ti when I left but I did not check until that evening. Usually the ticket prints out and is right next to the cash five ticket. I had the cash five ticket. I can undertsnad the part of policy if it is their policy to pay for a 10.00 dollar ticket, but don't keep refering to the customer when she said he may not pay for the ticket. I will just stop using that store when she is working.
