Cricket says they charge $50 a month for cell phone service, yet my account balance payments have strangely been overly exceeding this amount. Payments made have never adequately been credited to my account. Additionally, unnecessary late and reinstatement fees have been improperly applied. Customer service in store and by phone appears to correct problem after I reporting or showing all receipt and dates as evidence of payments. Everything successfully is located on their computer and assurances that account's been fixed and updated. Several weeks and 3 months later online account hasn't been updated. Problem continues along with additional high charges. Consequently, same process is repeated again and again. Are they that incompetent, are they purposely-misappropriating funds to extract more and more money or is it a plan to keep customers in a bottomless pit with poor worthless personnel and bad billing?
