Capital One is one of the biggest rip-off credit cards that I have ever had the misfortune of choosing. They charged me two over the limit fees ($39.00) each time within two days. They say it was at the end of the billing cycle so they can charge me OTL fees anytime they want. I am so tired of credit cards being able to screw with the consumers that I could just scream. I am closing this account because Capital One is out for themselves alone. Guess they need to charge over the limit fees to help pay of their multimillion dollar bowl game that they couldn't afford to sponsor in the first place. Sucks to be them&but I'm glad to be free of their BS.
