Did not send item i bought from them

I purchased a Rachael Ray Spagetti pot on December 23. I paid $89.00 plus tax and have never received the item. When I checked the availability, it showed that they did have one in stock.

I did use paypal so that I wouldn't have any problems. I have just checked on the internet and seen that this company has a lot of reports that this is all a scam.
