Credit card scam tricked and lied to us

Consumer first sent me a letter saying if I pay $45.00 or $49.00 (rush delivery) I could receive a card with up to $5000.00 worth of credit, I sent $49.00 and have not heard or received anything from them.

Ripoff I was offered a $5000.00 limit credit card. All I had to do was send them $49.00 for rush shipment. That was on Nov 11. I haven't heard from them since. Tampa Florida
