My child got a Biscuit dog for christmas and it will not bark nor follow commands. I have emailed the company and they want me to send the dog back. That is not a opation. I have had problems with this company before. My child had a pony from them. It broke and we sent it back way before thanksgiving. A replacement was to be sent in 4 weeks. She is just now reciviening it today. Also she owns several other furreal friends toys and a few of them are giving us problems to.
