I was trying to sale my timeshare or rent it off until it sold. I was contacted by several companies and then Unlimited Marketing contacted me in response to an advertising e-mail I replied to via my e-mail address. Matthew Hebb the rep contacted me and presented me with a sales presentation in which he would sale my Wyndham Vacation timeshare for an estimate $20-24,000. All closing cost would be the responsibility of the buyer and I would just be responsible for the fee for listing my property. I deliberated on the idea for awhile, this company was listed with the BBB (aka Better Business Bureau) so I automatically thought it was a replicable company. Over the past 4 months I have called the company requesting info on the sale of my timeshare, reps would inform me that there are interested buyers but during no period did I receive a bid on my property as promised by Matthew. I kept calling and the service slowly vanished and they would tell me they will call me back with updated information and no return calls were ever made. After awhile the phones were disconnected, as well as the fax line and alternate phone number. The company just up and disappeared. I have filed a claim with the BBB and with my credit card company to recoup my lost but for now I have not been able to get my funds refunded. All consumers please be aware This is a fraudulent company. My lost is $986
