Contacted on 3/3 by this company that they HAD a buyer for my Timeshare, Woodstone at Massanutten in Harrisonburg, Virgina. I paid them by Visa credit card 1,996.00 when questioed about fee, Melissa said would be used for Deed, Title Insurance and document fees, if there were any, otherwise this fee would be RETURNED at time sale was complete. Melissa also stated I would be contacted and courrier would meet me for finale sale signatures. I sent E-mail on 3-21-10 because I had not heard from her. And still got NO reply. On 3-29-10 I sent another E-mail, No reply. My Timeshare is NOT sold and I am WITHOUT 1,996.00 dollars. NO SALE No Money I have contacted you today 4-7 in HOPES of getting a resolution to this Fradulant Action. Sincerelt Amy G. Elliott
