This company is a joke. They also told me I signed up for them to steal from me. It took me nearly 20 minutes with their customer service rep. Who hardly spoke English. Then when her supervisor got on the phone I knew the meaning of dumb and dumber. They told me they would credit me my money back but it would take 24 hours. They owe me close to $20 plus now. I explained I still am filing complaints with the better business bureau and consumer affirs. She begged me not to. I also threatened to sue them. Let's see what happens next.
