This company is ridiculous! My boyfriend was filling out surveys online for some stupid web game to earn points. I was sitting next to him when he filled it out and i pointed out to him that there was a 9.99 charge for the service, that claimed to be free.
So we closed the window, figuring that since no information had been submitted we were safe.
WRONG! The charge went through as well as several text messages. We texted stop and called the company to explain our situation. The woman on the phone, who spoke very broken english and read her responses directly from a card, advised me that we had indeed replied to a text message to start the service. I know for a fact that we NEVER replied to any text and since the information was never submitted in the first place why were we getting texts. She advised us that there was no way she could credit our account.
The woman told me she saw that the account had been canceled, she was glad to have helped us and thanked us for calling. As she hung up on me I told her she hadn't helped me at all.
Thus ends my wonderful experience with predicto... Word to the wise be careful what you fill out (or don't fill out) on the internet.
